A Day of Immersive Studying

A record of studying Digital Logic and a bit of Discrete Mathematics — 4 days until finals, an all-day library突击 session from morning till night.

Preface

Since finals are just around the corner, and as someone who doesn’t exactly pay attention in class, I have to cram like crazy to avoid failing. So today, June 20th, the day after Dragon Boat Festival, with 4 days to go until finals (even though I already took two exams before the holiday), here I am.

The Full Review Process

I made a point to wake up early and headed to the library. Quite a few people there — barely managed to find a seat.

My review strategy is simple: study whatever the teacher says will be on the exam. As for whether it’ll help later — we’ll worry about that later.

The teacher said the big question will definitely be on the test, so I reviewed it.

The thing is, I missed some of the knowledge points in class.

Whatever, I’ll deal with it later.

Then I had a meal (PS: the school’s poached chicken rice gets a thumbs-up from me).

Wrote a quick practice paper. Little Digital Logic — easy peasy 👌

In the afternoon I sorted out some English. Sigh — mainly because I didn’t get into the easiest College English class.

PS: Seriously though, the school’s arrangement was perfectly fine. There were recommended courses in the selection system, but people just had to pick other classes and push me out. /(ㄒoㄒ)/~~

Still, thanks to Tolaria for this episode.

Can’t understand it — at all. Let’s just skip it for now (life is just skipping, skipping, and then starting over from the beginning — bad meme, don’t roast me lol).

Then came the preliminary review of Discrete Mathematics.

PS: Don’t ask why I skipped Modern Chinese History. I forgot to bring my textbook.

Reflections

Writing down this record of my packed day during the stressful finals week is oddly comfortable and pleasant o( ̄▽ ̄)ブ. Hope my exams go well 10 days from now.
